Emblemsfjellet Opp starts at the barrier on Emblemsanden and goes east towards the river, before following the path that becomes a road up to the national road by the former Samvirkelaget. The race passes Emblem School and continues uphill towards Emblemsfjellet to Grønnevollen on the tractor road, and further to Akslasetra before following the illuminated trail back to the finish line. The race features varied terrain including grass, gravel, paths, and tractor roads, and has been held annually since 2014 as a charity run, with proceeds going to the organization Open Doors.
